Qualifications

• Background in healthcare preferred.
• Background with eClinicalWorks Practice Management System preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high productivity environment.
• Excellent communication skills to communicate with patients, physicians, clients, coworkers and management staff.

Responsibilities

• Order entry and validation of imaging and referrals.
• Management of incoming referrals from provider’s offices.
• Proactive patient outreach via phone, text, and other communication channels.
• Detail-oriented, excellent customer service skills, ability to manage multiple task throughout the workday leads to success in this role.
• Full Remote working within CST time-zone.
