Job summary

Signant Health seeks a Central Quality Reviewer (CQR) to oversee data quality for Rater Training, Endpoint Reliability, and QA initiatives. You will analyze psychiatric and cognitive scales used as study endpoints to assess administration and scoring calibration against training standards.

You will provide email/telephone remediation, potentially interview participants, and contribute to calibration across diverse populations and clinical indications.

Qualifications

• Master’s/MD/PhD/PsyD/PharmD with 1+ year of clinical experience including psychiatric/cognitive scales.
• Fluency in Spanish (written and verbal) required.
• Deep knowledge of psychiatric and/or cognitive scales, including MDD and dementia/cognitive decline scales.

Responsibilities

• Conduct activities in full accordance with Good Clinical Practice guidelines.
• Contribute to training, calibration exercises, and quality control procedures for respective projects assigned.
• Evaluates data submitted in accordance with Rater Training Program and Endpoint Reliability programs and contacts raters for information.
• Ensures consistency of review and remediation process and resolves ambiguities with study team and stakeholders.
• May interview subjects and/or informants; may provide independent scoring data from audio/video files.
• Monitors and conducts quality review of internal and external CQRs' activities by reviewing data and documentation.
• Works with clinical team to ensure study start-up is completed for the program, including development of materials for onboarding, training, and QA.
• Proactively identifies and escalates potential issues appropriately.
• Supports development of site relationships to ensure staff are trained and calibrated to standards.
• Communicates with investigational site staff in English and Spanish.
