Job summary

BeOne is seeking a Manager, CDx Development to lead CDx portfolio and project management within the Precision Medicine Team. You will partner with the Diagnostics Alliance Manager to scope new CDx projects, coordinate timelines, and ensure cross-functional collaboration across internal teams and external diagnostic partners.

This role emphasizes budgeting, forecasting, risk tracking, and maintaining centralized documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Biology or related scientific discipline preferred.
• 5+ years industry experience in pharma/biotech/IVD.
• Experience with portfolio tracking and management.
• Experience with budget tracking and forecasting.
• Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with internal teams and external CDx partners.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate CDx portfolio and project management across internal and external partners.
• Support Diagnostics Alliance Manager with project scoping, budgeting, forecasting, and variance tracking.
• Maintain centralized CDx documentation and tracking tools.
• Assist in risk, issues, decisions tracking and escalation.
• Organize meetings, agendas, minutes, action items, and status updates.
