Qualifications

• Associate degree required.
• Bachelor's degree required at Level 2; 3+ years CDI/clinical experience for Level 2.
• CDI certifications CCDS or CDIP required at Level 2/3; active clinical credential may be required.

Responsibilities

• Review inpatient medical records for accuracy and completeness.
• Initiate compliant, non-leading CDI queries.
• Collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary teams to ensure documentation alignment.
