Job summary

DCX Client Services seeks a Home-Based Category Merchant Coordinator to assist merchants with product details, pricing, and supplier communications. You will help coordinate supplier webinars, gather product data, and support cross-functional teams to ensure timely, accurate information is delivered to partner brands.

The role requires strong English, 1–2 years in a similar role, and proficiency with Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and Adobe tools.

Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma or GED required; college preferred in English/marketing/communications.
Experience: 1–2 years in a similar role.
Language: Advanced English; excellent verbal and written communication.
Schedule: Overnight/graveyard possible for Philippine time or within US hours.
Technical: Proficient in Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel; Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop; basic HTML; Jira/SharePoint/ShopStar a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist Merchant team with administrative tasks for suppliers and product details.
Support sourcing and pricing of items using Excel and provided specs.
Provide follow-up information on pricing, images, and access details.
Coordinate supplier webinars; invite Merchant team; upload details to SharePoint.
Source product details for presentations and decks.
Own or coordinate assignments with shared services teams.
