Job summary

Plan A Technologies, Inc. seeks a Technical Professional Services Consultant to serve as a client-facing SME. You will travel across the US (and selectively worldwide) to implement enterprise software in casino environments, guiding configuration, training, and UAT through go-lives.

The role requires 4+ years in software integration or technical consulting in the casino industry, with frequent travel and strong English communication. Location allows 100% remote work or onsite office access.

Qualifications

4+ years of related professional experience in software integration, technical consulting, or enterprise software support in the Casino industry.
Willingness to travel up to 50% on average (and up to 80% for extended assignments) across domestic and international sites.
Strong ability to guide technical teams through configuration, training, and UAT/go-live activities.
Excellent English communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Lead domestic software installations and upgrades across multiple gaming applications.
Conduct end-to-end business analysis, configuration, user training, and ongoing support for casino operators.
Troubleshoot complex issues and ensure high client satisfaction through quality delivery.
Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Support, and Training teams to improve documentation and readiness.
Engage with customers on-site and manage licensing and travel requirements.
