Job summary

Olsen Thielen & Co., Ltd. is seeking a CAS Manager to lead client relationships, coordinate team delivery, and drive excellence across the CAS practice in the Twin Cities region.

The role offers flexible remote work options and opportunities to visit client sites as needed while maintaining in-office collaboration and training. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in accounting or CAS, CPA preferred, and strong skills in cloud-based accounting platforms, Excel, and Power BI.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Accounting with 7+ years in CAS or related accounting services.
• Active CPA license strongly preferred.
• Experience with cloud-based accounting systems (QB Online, Bill.com, Sage Intacct).
• Proficiency in Excel advanced functions and Power BI is a plus.
• Strong leadership, client relationship management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full life cycle of assigned CAS client relationships, including service delivery and budgets.
• Supervise CAS Accountants and Senior Accountants to meet client expectations and quality standards.
• Coordinate internal resources and elevate strategic or staffing matters to leadership as needed.
• Support business development activities and protect confidential client information.
