• Professional experience as a Career Coach, Career Counselor, Career Advisor, Professional Coach, or in a closely related role.
• Several years of hands-on experience in career coaching, counselling, mentoring, or professional development preferred
• Strong verbal communication and active-listening skills
• Ability to conduct natural, engaging one-on-one coaching conversations
• Experience supporting individuals with career planning, job searches, interviews, workplace challenges, or career transitions
• Strong interpersonal judgement and ability to adapt communication to different professional backgrounds and career goals
• Comfortable working remotely and participating in structured paired conversation sessions
• Strong professional communication skills and ability to follow detailed project guidelines
• No prior experience in AI research or model training is required
