Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; nursing preferred or equivalent experience.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years product management in healthcare enterprise solutions.
• Experience developing and delivering care management solutions.
• Strong project management and planning experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate product plans, use cases, features, functions, growth strategies, and profitability targets.
• Priority management: balancing competing customer, business, clinical, technical, and operational needs.
• Influence and decision-making: drive alignment across teams without direct authority.
• Strategic alignment: connect customer needs to enterprise strategy and measurable outcomes.
• Communicate with customers regarding new releases and features.
• Define internal processes to develop product strategy, roadmaps and priorities.
• Gather and analyze feedback from sales, marketing, development, and field.
• Capture market needs and define capabilities, performance and interface design requirements.
• Prioritize, rationalize and ensure delivery of subsystems against development timelines.
• Oversee verification and market testing of new features.
