Job summary

Alignment Healthcare USA, LLC is seeking a full-time Remote Care Coordinator to support members across the United States from a remote location. The role involves assisting with referrals, authorizations, and scheduling while coordinating care and discharge documentation.

You will work closely with the RN Case Manager and healthcare professionals to ensure timely care, manage complex needs, and advocate for members.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting assisting members with authorizations and scheduling.
• Strong communication with members and healthcare professionals.
• Knowledge of Managed Care Plans and Medi-Cal; bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
