Boutique Recruiting is seeking a Cardiovascular Quality & Performance Consultant for a fully remote role focused on analyzing healthcare data and driving quality improvement in cardiovascular programs. You will translate findings into actionable recommendations for hospital executives and clinical teams while managing multiple client projects.

• 3–5 years in healthcare quality or performance improvement.
• Minimum of 3 years of cardiovascular quality experience.
• Hospital setting experience required.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
• Experience presenting metrics to executives and clinical teams.
• Lean Six Sigma, DMAIC, or PDCA knowledge preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze cardiovascular quality, clinical and financial data to spot trends and gaps.
• Present data-driven insights to hospital leadership and teams.
• Manage portfolio of hospital clients and ensure project execution.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and charts that communicate complex data.
• Translate findings into strategies to improve patient outcomes and efficiency.
• Identify quality improvement opportunities and compliance concerns.
• Coordinate multiple client projects with timelines and deliverables.
• Collaborate with internal analytics, consulting, and operations teams.
• Support continuous improvement using established methodologies.
• Partner with stakeholders to monitor progress and drive ongoing improvements.
