Job summary

Medicus Healthcare Solutions is partnering with a New York City hospital to provide a Cardiothoracic teleradiologist for locum tenens coverage. Schedule is Mon-Fri, 8a-5p with no call and remote reading from home.

Epic EMR and Phillips Vue PACS are used; travel and lodging are provided as needed. The ideal candidate is board-certified in radiology with cardiothoracic imaging experience, comfortable with remote workflows, and able to support licensing and credentialing through Medicus.

Qualifications

• Board-certified radiologist with cardiothoracic imaging expertise.
• Locum tenens experience and remote interpretation capability.
• Willingness to cover shifts Monday–Friday, 8a–5p, with no call.
• Setup for remote teleradiology and HIPAA-compliant reading workflow.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate cardiothoracic imaging reads for the assigned hospital.
• Interpret studies remotely and communicate findings to physicians.
• Maintain timely turnaround times and ensure high-quality reporting.
