Job summary

Medtronic plc is seeking a remote Affera Mapping Specialist to lead mapping solutions for cardiac and EP systems across the US. You will collaborate with clinicians, engineers, physicians, and innovators to train staff, educate users, and promote safe CAS product use.

Responsibilities include supporting national and regional sales goals, building customer relationships, and coordinating with regional sales and clinical teams. The role requires travel and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Must have strong knowledge of cardiac mapping and navigation.
• Experience educating physicians and hospital staff on mapping systems.
• Ability to promote safe and effective use of CAS products and related procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and technical support and training to physicians and staff on the EP mapping and navigation system and CAS products.
• Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel and office staff on technical matters relating to CAS products and procedures.
• Promote the safe and effective use of Medtronic CAS products and related procedures.
• Understand and support national, regional and territory sales objectives to achieve or exceed sales goals within all CAS products.
• Develop and cultivate customer relationships resulting in incremental business.
• Work with Account Manager, Regional Manager and Area Directors to identify potential sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with local sales team to conduct customer training for mapping and other CAS solutions products.
• Communicate with the sales and clinical teams in the region.
• Serve as an effective Medtronic CAS representative to physicians and support staff.

Education

High school diploma with 6 years of experience in cardiac mapping and navigation

Associate degree with 4 years of experience in cardiac mapping and navigation

Bachelor degree with 2 years of experience in cardiac mapping and navigation
