Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review and triage daily transmissions and alerts from remote monitoring platforms.
• Identify critical arrhythmias, battery depletion, and lead integrity issues; escalate to electrophysiologists in real time.
• Instruct patients and/or family members on device checks and home transmitter use.
• Enter information accurately into device software confirming reports.
