Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant industry or startup experience.
• Strong expertise in at least one domain: capital, GTM, product, talent, or operations.

Responsibilities

• Advise founders on pre-seed and seed fundraising strategy.
• Help founders define ICP, positioning, offers, and outbound strategy.
• Assist founders in clarifying MVP scope, roadmap planning, and development cycles.
• Help founders design early hiring plans and sourcing strategies.
• Advise on finance, legal, compliance, and administrative workflows.
