Job summary

Pathward, National Association is seeking a driven financial professional to join our warehouse lending and capital markets team in a hybrid role. You will support analytical, testing, and reporting duties to optimize the bank’s balance sheet and drive value across structured finance transactions.

The ideal candidate has a finance background with 0–2 years of experience, strong attention to detail, and solid written and verbal communication skills; MBA or CFA pursuit is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
• MBA and/or CFA a plus.
• 0–2 years of experience in Warehouse Finance, Debt Capital Markets, Structured Credit, Specialty Lending and/or Investment Banking.
• Recent graduates will be considered.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical and operational support in managing the bank's warehouse lending business.
• Lead day-to-day warehouse lending operations and reporting, including advance/paydown requests and reviewing borrowing base and compliance reporting.
• Assist in reviewing warehouse lending term sheets and legal documentation, assessing deal risk and return metrics, and preparing deal approval write-ups and presentations.
• Develop and execute controls, mitigation plans, testing, and oversight of warehouse lending.
• Perform and present periodic reviews on existing warehouse lending deals.
• Identify and implement new concepts and best practices for warehouse lending reporting and risk management.
