Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead project strategy, timelines, and deliverables for campaigns.
• Hire, manage, and develop full-time canvass staff and regional leaders.
• Maintain client relationships and communicate progress through reports.
• Oversee budgets, payroll, expenses, and admin systems.
• Develop training materials and drive onboarding/offboarding processes.
