Position: Appointment Setter & Caller (Performance-Based)
Location: Remote
Schedule: Monday–Friday, between 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM EST (actual work hours will fall within this range)

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Appointment Setter & Caller to join our team. This is a performance-based position with earnings tied to the number of qualified appointments that show, plus additional bonuses for sales closed from your booked appointments.

Your primary responsibility will be making outbound calls, engaging in friendly and professional conversations, and booking appointments into our scheduling system.

Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to leads provided.

  • Engage in clear, confident, and friendly conversations in English.

  • Qualify prospects and book appointments using our scheduling software.

  • Record all interactions and updates accurately in our CRM.

  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly appointment goals.

  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth hand-offs.

Requirements
  • Fluent in conversational English (spoken and understood clearly).

  • Basic computer skills , including scheduling/booking software and CRM use.

  • Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace.

  • Ability to work within 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM EST Monday–Friday (actual shifts will be assigned within that range).

  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented.

Compensation
  • Performance-based pay : paid per qualified appointment that shows.

  • Bonus incentives for sales resulting from your booked appointments.
