Job Title: Remote Outbound Call Center Agent

Pay Range: $15.00/hr - $16.00/hr (Provided by MDS Communications Corporation; actual pay based on skills and experience)

1. Communicate with donors and prospective donors in a positive, engaging, and enthusiastic manner to strengthen their connection with nonprofits.
2. Share important updates from our clients about their work.
3. Secure financial gifts from donors on behalf of our clients.
4. Maintain minimum fundraising and productivity metrics.

Requirements:

1. At least 1 year of successful outbound telemarketing experience, preferably in telephone fundraising.
2. Dedicated wired internet connection.
3. A quiet workspace free from household interruptions.
4. Basic computer skills and familiarity with relevant software.
5. Enthusiasm and commitment to charitable and nonprofit causes.
