We are seeking motivated and reliable Customer Service Representatives to support a leading healthcare organization. This is a remote, full-time position that offers the opportunity for growth and long-term employment with one of the most respected names in the industry.


Position Type: Temp to Hire with a Fortune 500 Healthcare Company!
Location: Remote (Must reside in TX, UT, GA, FL, AZ)
Pay Rate: $16/hour
Start Date: June 2025
Schedule: Monday–Friday, must be available for any 8-hour shift between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM CST

What You’ll Do...

  • Answer inbound calls and place outbound calls as needed.
  • Review and gather patient billing, insurance, and medical information.
  • Perform accurate data entry into internal systems.
  • Work with insurance carriers to help patients access medication coverage.

What We’re Looking For...

  • At least 12 months of recent call center experience.
  • Ability to commit to the full schedule with no time off during the first 90 days.
  • High-speed internet and a quiet, professional remote work environment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
