Position Overview

MCI is a leading Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company that specializes in delivering tailored solutions to meet diverse client needs. We are seeking customer service, help desk, technical support, and sales representatives to support inbound inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and assist customers with products and services. The role involves interacting with hundreds of customers weekly to resolve support issues, upsell, and ensure excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve issues.
  • Use systems and technology for account management.
  • Recognize sales opportunities and apply sales skills.
  • Explain products and processes to customers.
  • Escalate dissatisfaction appropriately.
  • Ensure first call resolution through problem-solving.
Candidate Qualifications
