What to Expect
- Responsibilities — Make 200+ outbound dials per day to prospects in the dental, chiropractic, and medical spaces
- Maintain 3-4 hours of daily talk time with high appointment show rates
- Follow proven scripts and customize them as needed to drive appointments
- Clearly communicate offers and value propositions to business owners and office managers
- Track performance in the CRM and contribute to a competitive, high-accountability culture
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in outbound phone sales or appointment setting
- Experience working with CRM systems and following structured shifts
- Proven ability to meet or exceed daily quotas and KPIs
- Comfortable with sales scripts and adapting them in real-time
- Must have a quiet home office setup with dual monitors and high-speed internet
