Position: Remote Call Center Representative

Our call center associates are members of a supportive team. Your excellent customer service and communication skills will help us create positive experiences for our customers and clients. We are looking for people with a passion for helping others, who are naturally empathetic and determined to deliver a comprehensive solution to these Supplemental benefits-related calls. Customer service experience is a plus but not required to be successful in this role.

Responsibilities
  • Handle supplemental benefits-related inquiries and provide comprehensive solutions to members
  • Assist with website registration, forgotten usernames/passwords, and lockouts
  • Respond to member inquiries about eligible expenses, plan year deadlines, and contribution details for HSA
  • Process member account closures, transfers, or rollovers; update member profiles (address, phone)
  • Help with tax forms and setting up distributions from HSAs; assist with opening new HSAs
  • Answer questions about rewards and online navigation
  • Answer a variety of customer questions such as reimbursements, portal login issues, and website navigation
  • Support members who need help placing Commuter Orders and other account-related tasks
  • Assist with balance inquiries and other plan-related questions
Requirements
  • Successfully complete customer service assessment and typing test on a computer (not mobile)
  • High school diploma, GED, or college degree
  • Minimum 6 months of customer service experience
  • Complete mandatory paid training program with 100% attendance
  • Successful completion of a background check (including education and previous employment verification)
  • Great problem-solving skills and the ability to multi-task
  • Flexibility to work weekends
  • Ability to manage a steady volume of incoming calls while navigating multiple systems
Work Details
  • Hours of Operation: 24/7
  • Location: Fully work from home
  • Training: 3-week virtual training class and 2 weeks of nesting; attendance required
  • Equipment: We provide all equipment (computer, monitor, mouse, keyboard, headset, ethernet cord, power cables)
  • Internet: Home internet connection with at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload; hardwire via ethernet required
  • Workspace: Quiet, distraction-free workspace; no interruptions during working hours
Compensation and Benefits
  • Starting pay rate: $16.32 per hour
  • Paid time off accrued after 180 days (about 6 months)
  • Health benefits (medical, dental, vision) available on the first day of employment
  • Benefits details and eligibility vary and may include additional programs

Salary ranges vary by location, experience, and performance. The estimated salary range for this role is $16.32/hour. In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for bonuses or incentives. Conduent provides a variety of benefits including health insurance, dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and PTO or vacation/sick time.
