Job description

A medical-based company is looking to fill a 6-month CONTRACT TO HIRE remote Call Center LPN position.

Pay rate: $28/hr (Paid weekly)

Hours: 9AM - 6PM EST

Allmed Benefits include Dental Insurance, Health Insurance, Vision Insurance, and 401(k).

Contract duration: 09/08/2025 to 03/06/2026.

Job description with details:

  • Outbound call center making outreach to patients scheduled for home visits and telehealth visits.
  • Calling patients to initiate chart preparation to assist providers with upcoming appointments.
  • Entering patient data into EMR.
  • Conducting assessments with patients over the phone in a fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications:

  • Valid and licensed within the state.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; eCW experience preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Related healthcare experience.
  • Telephonic and/or telecommuting experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong planning, organizing, conflict resolution, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems independently and make decisions.
  • Ability to interact effectively with individuals and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Demonstrated excellent customer service skills with patients, providers, health plans, and internal departments.
