Job description

LOD, a Consilio company's client and a well-regarded Am Law 100 firm, has an immediate need for multiple fully remote California-barred litigation attorneys. These attorneys will assist with day-to-day case management and analysis of automotive consumer warranty claims. Responsibilities include handling discovery matters, participating in case management conferences via Zoom, and potentially managing depositions in the future. A background in lemon law or vehicle warranty matters is a plus but not required; the client is willing to train attorneys with general litigation experience.

This is a remote, contract position with an anticipated long-term duration (no set end date). It offers a great opportunity for California-barred lawyers to practice at a major law firm with reasonable hours and remote work flexibility. Benefits include health insurance and 401k through LOD, a Consilio company.

• Start Date: As soon as possible
• Pay rate: $60-120 per hour, depending on seniority and qualifications

Requirements:

• General litigation experience (transferrable backgrounds include medical malpractice, personal injury, product liability, etc.)
