Remote California Insurance/Bad Faith Litigation Attorney ($110-125/hour)

A well-regarded law firm in Calabasas, California, that represents a major insurance company in insurance coverage, bad faith, and insurance defense matters seeks a REMOTE, contract attorney with 3 to 6+ years of relevant litigation experience.

Candidates' experience should include drafting demand letters, propounding and responding to discovery, legal research, motion writing, and taking and defending depositions. Trial preparation and trial experience, as well as mediation experience, are helpful but not required.

The firm prefers candidates who can work at least 20 hours per week. Possible opportunity for full-time hours.

Generous hourly compensation of $110-125/hour to start, depending on experience.

A California bar license is required, and experience with insurance bad faith litigation is strongly preferred.
