Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Draft plans/mark-ups to create construction documents.
• Review work for completeness before submission.
• Revise plans per client or reviewer comments.
• Organize CAD files for clients, town, or county intake.
• Delegate responsibilities for submitting plans on time.
• Receive work assignments from project manager with allocated budgets.
• Handle non-routine assignments with minimal supervision.
