Job summary

Crystalia Glass LLC in the United States is seeking a CAD Engineers Team Lead for interior glass partitions and production. You will lead a team of engineers, coordinate with cross-functional groups, and ensure high-quality drawings and documentation for complex projects.

The role requires strong CAD skills (AutoCAD 2D, SolidWorks 3D), plus project leadership, mentoring, and process improvement experience. This is a full-time, remote-friendly position with a B2B or corporate engagement.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of experience as a project engineer or lead in civil/mechanical projects.
• Experience with CAD drawing quality control and project documentation.
• Knowledge of imperial measurement systems and USA standards.

Responsibilities

• Operational management: review active projects daily, assign workloads, and monitor deadlines.
• Quality assurance: check drawings and project docs before delivery.
• Mentor engineers on complex projects and lead team syncs.
• Standardize workflows in Slack/ClickUp and create templates.
