Job summary

ENTRUST Solutions Group is seeking a CAD Technician to create and refine detailed construction drawings using AutoCAD and Plant 3D for our structural team. You will transform survey data into accurate plans, ensure client specifications, and collaborate with engineers and designers to deliver comprehensive drawing packages.

You will join a team delivering projects on time and within budget, with a salary range of $25–$28 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Associate of Applied Science degree in Design and Drafting Technology or CAD Certification or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of experience in design and drafting, preferably in Utilities/Oil & Gas.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, including X-Refs and coordinate systems.
• Experience with AutoCAD Plant 3D and/or Civil 3D is a plus.
• Experience in the Oil and Gas Industry such as Gas Distribution Systems and/or Compressor Stations.

Responsibilities

• Create and refine detailed drawings using AutoCAD and Plant 3D, transforming survey data into accurate construction plans.
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to ensure drawings meet client specifications and design coordinator instructions.
• Prepare complete drawing packages for client submittals and ensure compliance with industry and client standards.
• Contribute to innovative solutions and deliver projects on time and within budget.
