Job summary

YO IT Consulting seeks an Architect CAD & Construction Documentation for a remote contract role. You will create detailed floor plans and elevation sets, develop CAD drawings for architectural and engineering purposes, and produce multi-sheet electrical schematics.

You should have at least 3 years of experience in architectural CAD and construction documentation, be proficient with 2D/3D CAD tools and PCB layout design, and be able to interpret GD&T callouts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural CAD and construction documentation.
• Proficiency with industry-standard tools for 2D/3D CAD and PCB layout design.
• Ability to generate and interpret GD&T callouts and complex schematic diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed floor plans and elevation sets based on project requirements.
• Develop comprehensive CAD drawings for architectural and engineering purposes.
• Prepare GD&T callouts for manufacturing documentation.
• Produce multi-sheet electrical schematics to industry standards.
• Design and review PCB layouts, ensuring manufacturability and functionality.
• Collaborate with team to clarify requirements and resolve technical questions.
• Deliver documentation packages consistent with milestones and quality expectations.
