Job summary

Little Otter, part of Hazel Health, is seeking a California-licensed Child & Family Therapist to provide virtual, measurement-based therapy for children and families. This part-time role offers a W-2 arrangement and supports flexible scheduling.

You'll join an interdisciplinary team, deliver evidence-based care, and use standardized measures to guide treatment decisions while maintaining compliant documentation and strong outcomes tracking.

Qualifications

• Therapist licensed in California with a master’s degree.
• Experience providing psychotherapy to children and families.
• Comfortable delivering care virtually and using technology in clinical practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual, evidence-based therapy to children and families.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Use measurement-based care and standardized assessments to monitor progress.
• Collaborate with caregivers to support treatment goals.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary care team for coordinated care.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation and comply with licensing standards.
