Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of paralegal experience in employment litigation.

Responsibilities

• Draft correspondence, pleadings, and motions in state and federal courts.
• E-filing in state and federal courts, including filings under seal.
• Prepare and review discovery including document production.
• Organize and maintain case files.
• Manage case calendars and deadlines.
