Qualified candidates will hold a JD from an ABA-approved law school, be in good standing with the CA State Bar, and have 2+ years of WC defense experience. Trial and cross-examination experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• JD from ABA-approved law school is required.
• California State Bar in good standing is required.
• 2+ years of Workers' Comp Defense experience.
• Trial and cross-examination experience preferred but not required.
• Experience with Depos
• Understanding confidentiality requirements.
• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
