Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in business systems analysis, QA, testing, or data analysis.
• Experience with system testing, data validation, or QA preferred.
• Experience supporting benefits administration or regulated industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform QA testing and validation of benefit plan data and system outputs.
• Lead user acceptance testing (UAT), regression testing, and production validation.
• Monitor deliverables and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and commitments.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Operations, IT and vendors on system enhancements and reporting.
