Skills And Requirements

Must Haves:

• Background as a Business Systems Analyst (4+ years preferred).
• Salesforce expertise, especially with Sales Cloud.
• Experience with Salesforce data migration strategies.
• Understanding of Salesforce workflow, automation, and integration points within external systems.
• ATS (Applicant Tracking System) implementation/migration experience.
• Bullhorn for Salesforce or Recruitment Cloud experience.
• Experience working for a staffing company or related, utilizing provider sourcing, credentialing, recruitment, and job fulfillment.
• Strong communication, organization skills, and proactive personality.
• Ability to gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and help transform business processes.
• Experience in writing user stories and scripts.
• Mapping current business processes to CRM/ATS functionalities.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with stakeholders and internal teams.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Experience with Agile Methodology and Scrum Master responsibilities, including leading sprints and standups.
• Snowflake experience.
