Luther Lanard, PC is seeking a remote full-time litigation attorney with at least four years of business litigation experience. Franchise law experience is a plus but not required. The role offers significant client interaction and the chance to handle matters independently from start to finish.

Candidates should be able to work full time and be comfortable working remotely from anywhere in the United States, with the ability to manage cases through all stages, from initial contact to resolution.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in good standing.
• Minimum four years of business litigation experience.
• Ability to work remotely with strong client interaction.
• Franchise law experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Independently handle litigation and pre-lawsuit matters from start to resolution.
• Identify claims and advise clients with clear strategy.
• Draft demand letters, motions, settlements, and key documents.
• Communicate with franchisors and opposing counsel.
• Set client expectations with professionalism.
• Develop cases for trial and arbitration.
