Job summary

Exit Factor is expanding their already successful team and seeking Business Coaches and Consultants to help small to midsize business owners increase profit, efficiency, and value in preparation for sale. You will engage with new leads, convert them to clients, and conduct 1:1 sessions using our proprietary system, with full training and certification provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in personal exit or sale or business consulting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Comfort with customer-facing roles.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with time management and organization.
• Strong phone and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with business owners in Chicago-land, focusing on the west and southwest suburbs.
• Build referral partnerships with CPAs, attorneys, bankers and advisors.
• Engage in networking and community events to generate opportunities.
• Qualify consulting opportunities and assess client readiness and value drivers.
• Facilitate strategic consulting sessions and lead group learning sessions.
• Guide clients through exit planning discussions and act as trusted advisor.
