We’re seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to spearhead our sales and marketing initiatives, expand market share, and strengthen brand visibility. In this senior leadership role, you’ll work closely with the executive team to shape company direction and deliver measurable impact.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute integrated sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate high-performing sales and customer service teams to exceed targets.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, overseeing key accounts and high-value negotiations.

  • Identify new market opportunities, emerging trends, and customer needs to guide product development and business positioning.

  • Oversee brand messaging, digital campaigns, advertising initiatives, and trade show participation to maximize visibility.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and product development, to align strategies and ensure ROI.

  • Leverage data and analytics to track KPIs, evaluate performance, and continuously optimize results.

  • Represent the company at key industry events and foster strategic partnerships — both domestic and international.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

  • 8–12+ years of progressive sales and marketing experience
