Job summary

Crew is seeking a Business Analyst in New Jersey with strong process and data capabilities. The role focuses on documenting requirements, supporting multiple data-product squads, and enabling delivery through clear communications.

The candidate will translate business needs for product, governance, and technical teams, while coordinating across stakeholders and maintaining documentation quality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, process analysis, project coordination, communications, change enablement, or related roles
• Ability to translate complex information into clear documentation
• Strong organization skills across multiple priorities
• Experience with cross-functional stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Facilitate meetings and drive follow-up
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams
• Experience with SharePoint or similar platforms
• Comfortable in data/analytics or tech environment

Responsibilities

• Business Analysis and Process Support: gather, document, organize requirements
• Interview stakeholders to understand processes, pain points, data needs
• Document current and future processes, workflows, roles, handoffs
• Develop process maps, requirements, logs, and artifacts
• Identify gaps, dependencies, and clarifications
• Translate needs for product, governance, modeling, and tech teams
• Project and Squad Enablement: support multiple data product squads
• Coordinate meetings, actions, risks, and follow-ups
• Organize information to improve team visibility and execution
• Prepare stakeholder and leadership updates
