The US Oncology Network is looking for a Remote Business and Revenue Cycle Applications Administrator to join our team at Texas Oncology! This position will support all TxO Locations.

What does the Remote Business and Revenue Cycle Applications Administrator do?

Under general supervision, provides expertise to support new applications within the company's infrastructure as they relate to practice needs. Develops test scripts, conducts QA & UAT for applications and upgrades, assists in deployment, installation, and support of business and revenue cycle software. Offers technical expertise in evaluating new software products, reviews product and system quality through reports, dashboards, and audit trails. Supports and adheres to the US Oncology Compliance Program, including the Code of Ethics and Business Standards.

Responsibilities
  • Creates test scripts, organizes QA & UAT events, reports issues, and coordinates with vendors for resolution.
  • Determines the best methods to deploy and support company software, especially for new applications, enhancements, interfaces, and upgrades.
  • Assists team members and vendors during software design, deployment, installation, and troubleshooting during project transitions.
  • Supports evaluation of new software including performance, reliability, deployment needs, cost analysis, and maintainability.
  • Provides ongoing support and troubleshooting for business and revenue cycle systems.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of five years of experience.
  • Experience supporting healthcare software such as practice management systems, EMR, call centers, etc.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
