Job summary

Eightelevengroup is seeking a Business Analyst for a mostly remote role with initial onsite training in Atlanta, GA. You will lead projects from concept through implementation, driving process improvements and building reporting solutions to support data-driven decisions.

You will partner with stakeholders across all levels, develop dashboards, track KPIs, and ensure programs deliver measurable value while balancing multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading business initiatives or projects from planning through implementation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and recommend improvements.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with executive stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects through the full lifecycle, from defining business needs and gathering requirements to implementation and rollout.
• Develop and maintain reporting, dashboards, and business strategies to support projects, initiatives, and operational performance.
• Analyze program and category performance, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Establish, track, and report key performance metrics to measure project success and business impact.
• Research best practices, industry standards, and business requirements to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including Product Partners, Senior Managers, Directors, and business leaders.
• Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while ensuring deliverables are completed on time and aligned with business objectives.
• Support cross-functional teams and assist senior leadership with project coordination and reporting.
