Job summary

Everforth Apex is hiring a Business Analyst in Ridgeland, MS (Remote). The role collaborates with product managers and software teams to translate requirements into deliverable systems and to support product discovery.

Responsibilities include requirements gathering, documenting business processes, user stories, and training materials, with strong emphasis on QA and stakeholder communication. Travel may be required for client engagements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, or Process Improvement specialist.
• 1+ year of experience in Agile Scrum software development.

Responsibilities

• Establish scope, deliverables, and resource requirements with project and product teams.
• Conduct needs assessments and develop business process models to meet project goals.
• Develop and manage user stories, acceptance criteria, test plans, and technical documents.
• Create user training materials, best practice guidance, and Level 1 support.
• Participate in quality assurance testing and manage the testing process.
• Communicate project progress and issues clearly to stakeholders.
• Assist senior staff with process documentation and training materials.
• Facilitate meetings to identify requirements and develop workflows.
• Research data sources to support projects.
