Job summary

GoldenWolf, LLC is seeking a BUILDER Management Specialist to support NOAA in maintaining and improving facility asset data within the BUILDER SMS. You will validate inventories, coordinate assessments, and develop work plans with leadership and site teams.

This remote role supports federal projects nationwide. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience, expert BUILDER SMS knowledge, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities; proven report-writing skills.
• Experience with BUILDER SMS, Archibus, and asset data management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and validate asset data in BUILDER Sustainment Management System.
• Develop work plans and work packages with cost estimates.
• Coordinate with facility managers and site teams; provide data training and support.
• Conduct QA/QC reviews of asset data and support data quality improvements.
• Prepare summaries for data reconciliation and alignment with UNIFORMAT II hierarchy.
