Qualifications

• High School diploma and 1-2 years related experience.
• FINRA Series 7 and 63/65, or 66 required or obtained within 90 days of hire.
• Strong written and communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Excel, MS Word and financial reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Answer member and field phone calls and process new account documents.
• Handle maintenance requests, transfers and distributions, including non-routine items.
• Provide timely service, maintain quality, and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with service teams and support policy/procedure development.
