Job summary

Centene Corporation in the United States seeks a data-driven professional to monitor broker compliance data, analyze variances, and drive remediation across audits. This is a fully remote role.

You will create dashboards and reports (Excel, Power BI, Smartsheet) and communicate audit findings to brokers, supporting education and process improvements in a managed care setting. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in health policy or audit, strong Excel/Power BI skills, and proven ability to work with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in public health policy, regulatory or audit.
• Strong analytical and investigative capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Create, analyze and monitor broker compliance data for the Marketplace Broker Oversight team.
• Manage broker audits, conduct audits and monitor brokers for next action.
• Create dashboards, Smartsheet and reports to monitor broker compliance.
• Communicate with brokers regarding requests for audit information and follow up.
• Work with large data sets; proficient in Excel, Power BI and PowerPoint.
• Lead or contribute to complex special projects and planning initiatives.
• Deliver education to brokers regarding audit findings.
