Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Civil/Structural engineer to manage bridge design and rehabilitation projects for Indiana transportation programs. This fully remote role supports INDOT-focused initiatives from a distributed team and offers strong benefits.

You will coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams, oversee schedules and budgets, and deliver technically sound solutions to public agencies. PE is preferred but not required; Bachelor’s in civil/structural engineering is required.

Qualifications

• Experience managing bridge design, rehabilitation, or structural transportation projects.
• Familiarity with INDOT standards, procedures, and workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree in civil or structural engineering.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams and project schedules.
• Proficiency with bridge design tools, structural analysis software, or CAD platforms.
• Ability to manage project budgets, client communication, and deliverables.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred but not required.
• Ability to work remotely while supporting Indiana-based projects.
