Job summary

BRCG (Blue Ridge Consulting Group) is seeking a Director of Lifecycle Marketing (Braze Specialist) to own Braze strategy, architecture, and end-to-end execution for a portfolio of client accounts. You will design Canvas flows, segmentation, Currents data, and SDK-level troubleshooting, working with Campaign Coordinators, Ops, and Creative.

This fully remote role across the US focuses on driving onboarding, engagement, retention, and monetization through Braze-enabled programs and multi-channel

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on Braze experience.
• Experience designing lifecycle marketing programs.
• Strong understanding of segmentation and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own Braze strategy, architecture, and end-to-end execution for client portfolios.
• Design Canvas flows and lifecycle programs across onboarding, engagement, retention, winback, and monetization.
• Build and QA campaigns across email, push, SMS, in-app messaging, and content cards.
• Advise on custom attributes, event triggers, SDK integration, and Currents data exports.
• Lead client calls as Braze expert and translate technical decisions for marketing stakeholders.
