You will review creative work and briefs, judge quality, brand fit and platform fit, and explain your decisions in writing. This role suits seasoned pros who direct brand campaigns for companies, agencies or clients.

You’ll evaluate creative pieces across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn, ensuring briefs, voice, and policy guidelines are met while delivering clear written rationales.

Qualifications

• Professional work as brand creative, creative strategist, art director, copywriter, social media creative or content lead.
• Experience with real campaigns: briefs, approvals, publishing and results.
• Clear written English and ability to justify creative decisions.

Responsabilités

• Look at creative pieces (posts, ads, videos, campaign ideas) and judge which is stronger for a given goal and audience.
• Check that a piece fits the brief and the brand’s voice and rules.
• Judge if a piece fits the platform where it will run.
• Flag claims, disclosures, rights or policy problems.
