Job Opportunity: Project Management Lead

As a Project Management Lead, you will be responsible for leading strategic and tactical program and project management efforts, supporting global marketing initiatives, and ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.

You will ensure the efficient execution of product strategies, operational alignment, and functional integration while fostering innovation and driving success in global launches and product lifecycle management.

You will act as a strategic partner to global and functional teams, coordinating activities that enable process implementation, risk mitigation, and delivery of results aligned with organizational objectives. You will facilitate effective integration of Brands At Center (B@C) and Agile ways of working, in partnership with the Global Strategic Brand Lead and team.

Essential Knowledge & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Solid experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven track record in consulting or client-facing project management roles.
• Experience managing strategic and tactical programs and projects to successfully achieve target outcomes.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex business problems, develop clear action plans, and implement solutions.
• Continuous improvement mindset and ability to drive efficiencies across projects and initiatives.
• Ability to lead and influence in matrixed, cross-functional, multi-cultural environments.
• Proactive problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, negotiation, and influencing capabilities. Ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders at various organizational levels.

Preferred Knowledge & Experience

• PMP certification.
• Experience with structured methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Agile) for project planning, risk management, and problem solving.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Science, or a related field.
• Experience leveraging AI to drive efficiency.
• Experience with project management tools.
• Knowledge of global drug development and product lifecycle management.
