Job summary

AllTrails is seeking a Brand Creative Production Contractor to scale production of on-brand marketing assets across paid digital, lifecycle, in-app, OOH, events, and print. This fully remote contract runs 30 hours/week for 3 months with the option to extend, collaborating with Brand Creative, Creative Operations, and marketing stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in design production, brand design, or creative operations.
• Portfolio showing high-volume, on-brand production with localization.
• Advanced Figma skills and system-building experience.
• Experience with automation or scripting to improve workflows.
• Familiarity with Celtra, Figma Buzz, or Canva.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; motion/video finishing helpful.
• Experience managing asset libraries and localization for multiple markets.
• Excellent attention to detail and brand consistency.
• Strong organization and communication to manage multiple deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Adapt, localize, and version approved creative for multiple channels.
• Build and maintain a Figma template and asset library.
• Create modular paid-ad variations from brand systems.
• Produce quick-turn requests for promotions and events.
• Maintain file organization, naming conventions, version control, and handoff docs.
• Apply brand standards across asset sets with pixel-level consistency.
• Identify opportunities to automate workflows using AI or scripts.
• Coordinate with Brand Creative, Ops, and marketing on priorities and timelines.
